Loving people by making disciples has always been at the heart of the Hour of Grace ministry in Jamaica. We are convinced that the Gospel of Jesus Christ is the hope of the world, and we are committed to winning those who do not know Christ, training spiritual leaders in the church, and challenging the next generation for the sake of the Gospel. Our burden is to see God use this ministry to further His Kingdom around the world by allowing people to experience missions firsthand.

How can you invest in making disciples in Jamaica and around the world?

If you think God may be moving you towards global missions, why not consider our 3-month to 1-year internship opportunities?

Here are some ways you can be directly involved in helping the ministry.

Riverside Baptist Church

Through the ministry of Mack & Marilyn Locklear, God has planted a church in Martha Brae. Come and worship with us!

Noah's Ark

Being burdened to provide the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of Jamaican boys, Mack & Marilyn Locklear established the Noah’s Ark Children’s Home.

Short-Term Missions Trips

Thousands of people have experienced life-change through a short-term mission trip in Martha Brae, Jamaica. Come and serve with us!

Real people. Real stories. Real impact
Lara Langston

I had no idea how that trip (and the four trips to come) would transform my spiritual life. Watching our students experience a third world culture as they embraced God's people was inspiring, working along side those same students was rewarding, and worshiping with our team and the members of Riverside Baptist Church was uplifting. I believe so strongly in exposing students to the mission field.

This trip was the first time that I think I ever put all of my trust in God and He showed me that My God is real, and powerful, and a provider. Thank You to everyone who helped me to go on this trip because it truly impacted my life.

Damion Pringle

My name is Damion Pringle. I am the oldest boy at Noah's Ark Children's Home and the oldest of four brothers. The Locklear family, visiting groups, and Riverside Baptist Church have meant a lot to me. The church is on the same property with the home, so I have the privilege to attend all sessions. I am now saved and baptized, and serving as Assistant Youth Pastor, worshiping and serving my God. I want to say thanks to the Locklear's for taking four brothers in order to keep our family together.
